Zeeland is a rich pantry when it comes to food. That's because we have so many regional products, traditional dishes and Michelin stars.

The regional products are fresh and healthy. Sea vegetables, fish and shellfish, for example, are full of good substances, such as omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, iodine, iron and magnesium.
